Job Title: Food Truck Chef (Fixed Location)

Kao Thai is a vibrant food truck dedicated to bringing the authentic flavours of Thailand and other Asian cuisines to the community. Located at Elmgrove Flower Farm in Gormanston, Co. Meath, we pride ourselves on our commitment to freshness, quality, and exceptional customer service. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences through delicious street food.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to customer dietary requests and specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the food truck at all times.
  • Take and manage customer orders with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience working in a kitchen is required; training will be provided.
  • Skills: Experience in Thai cuisine is preferred. Fluent English is essential for effective customer interaction.
Work Schedule

Flexible part-time or full-time options, up to 40 hours per week. Operating hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Compensation

Depending on experience.
